Viola Fisher is the epitome of perfection.
She despises my one-night stands and mocks my less-than-classy habits.
She’s smart, beautiful, and too good to be true.
And I want her.
If she were anyone else, I’d have made my move years ago, but considering she’s my best friend’s little sister, she’s always been off-limits. Not to mention how much she loathes my very existence.
Hating me is her religion, but needing her is mine. Her sexy curves and filthy smart mouth make me want her even more, and I’m more determined than ever to change her mind.
I’ll prove I’m done playing games.
But until then, we’ll continue to play by her rules.
Viola Fisher may have won the battle, but the war isn’t over yet.
I’m honestly so surprised at how well this whole new adult experiment is going this year. I haven’t run into a bad book yet (cross my fingers and knock on wood), and this series is definitely being added to my favorites for this genre!
Now this is the second book in this series, and the last book for this couple. It was definitely all I was hoping for and more. I’m going to be honest here, I probably can’t go on much further than this without running into some spoilers, so I’m going to have to cut all y’all off who haven’t read it yet here. Unless you’re one of those, which I definitely am, that like to be spoiled for some weird reason. (Honestly, it’s an issue for me. I don’t know why I do it to myself but I do.)
Honestly, I thought that this book was just a tad dramatic towards the end. I mean, with the pregnancy and her running off because of it, just didn’t make a whole lot of sense to me. I think it was because it felt like a huge rush since the books aren’t super duper long, but that is something that happens within NA novels more than usual.
But this one was definitely a really cute wrap up of the duology and I can’t wait to start reading the next couple’s book!
I hope everyone has a fantabulous day/evening/morning/whenever you’re reading this and happy reading!
